Every Team Member in a HazOp has an important role to play

Every Team Member in a HazOp has an important role to play

Every Team Member in a hazard and operability study has an important role to play.

Most people’s introduction to HazOp goes something like this:

“We need you to attend a HazOp meeting.

“A what?”

“Don’t worry, you’ll pick it up as you go along.”

=Method believes that this is a recipe for disaster.

If you are going to be in a HazOp, it is important that you understand the HazOp process, how to prepare, and your role in the meetings to make sure your contribution is effective.
